Bridal Hair Ornamentations
Can be made in silver or gold plate finish with a choice of crystals & pearls to suit the look you require (please refer to the colour chart)
All crystals & pearls used are genuine Swarovski (unless stated otherwise) although the ranges are standard designs they can be customised to your specification.
Jewellery clasps and ear wire fittings
In some instances we may be able to change the clasps & ear wire fittings as described for an individual item if not suitable for example if you prefer a stud fitting or French wire that can in most cases be customized (please specify when ordering)
Changes the clasps or ear wire fittings
From time to time our suppliers may update their design fittings & also discontinue certain lines, which are not under our control. Under these circumstances we reserve the right to make those changes accordingly and will always give an equal or higher grade of fitting

Variations
Please note that all our jewellery and bridal hair ornamentations are handmade and individual pieces in their own right and as such may vary slightly. The freshwater pearls also vary marginally in size due to their organic nature.
Packaging
Tiaras come supplied in a presentation box, they are posted in a protective cardboard outer box. All Jewellery comes gift wrapped.
Payment
We accept various methods of payment.
You can pay securely via Pay Pal online.Pay Pal accept all major credit/debit cards.Pay Pal requires registration for first time users
Cheques/Postal Orders. We accept cheques that are made to J Thomas at the the address on the contact page. Email us if you would like to be sent a personalised quote. If required, we can confirm by email when the cheque/postal order has been received.
Please note: all cheques must be received within 7 days of the order date or the order will be cancelled and this will affect your waiting time.
Delivery timescales

Our aim is to deliver within a 7 - 28 day time frame.
You will be notified by email when your order has been completed and despatched
Blissy Jewellery does not take responsibility for late arrival or loss of your package.
If there is no one to sign for the package upon delivery the post office will leave a 'While you were out' card informing you that your package is awaiting collection at your local depot. If the package is not collected within 7 days they will return it to us If this situation occurs you will be notified by email and asked to pay for the redelivery of your goods.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the despatch address is correct. Addresses that aren't recognised by Royal Mail upon a delay or lost package query cannot claim compensation.
The prices for all items exclude delivery charges
All orders over £50 will be sent by special delivery which will make sure your wedding jewellery or tiara will arrive safely to its destination. This is a next day delivery service (from when the item is dispatched) with online tracking of your order.
Please note that in the event you are not in a card will be left by royal mail for you to collect within 7 days. We except no responsibility for parcels not collected within the time scale it will be up to you to track your order with Royal Mail.
All orders under £30.00 will be posted by recorded Delivery
Orders £100 and over will be posted free of charge
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your purchases.
We will not accept any returns after a 7day period and items received after this time will be deemed as your property and returned to you.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earrings back. If they are contained in a set, then the set cannot be returned.
Refunds
If you are not completely happy with your order, for whatever reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging. We require all items below £29.99 are sent recorder delivery and all items above £30 are sent by special delivery. We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.
We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy
Each item must be returned unworn & in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt (buyer is responsible for return postage costs).
Refunds will not be given for used goods or goods returned after your wedding.
All returns will be will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged please contact us immediately so we can arrange return of the item. We will then send you a replacement and will re-reimburse you for the cost of the return postage.
Bespoke Designs
Bespoke designs are goods commissioned to your own specifications and are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes designs featured in our collections that are altered (however slight) from our *standard design in colour, finish, height, width, shape or composition.

It is our policy not to disclose any information to third parties.
Your information will ONLY be used to contact you in reference to your inquiry. This information will NEVER be sold, shared, or used in any way outside of your inquiry.
